1.5 cup Sliced plantain (1 plantain)
2/3 cup Vegetable oil
½ tsp Salt (optional)
Preparation:
1- In a small non-stick pan, add vegetable oil.
2- Add sliced plantain when the oil is hot. Cook until one side is golden.
3- Turn plantain on the other side.
4- Lower heat if needed.
5- Remove from heat. Sprinkle salt on if desired.
Serve warm.
